& seriously, its like hardening the muscle and i don't know how the juniors can train their flexibility after that.once in a long long while is definitely alright.
although thr's lotsa effort put in to organise and inconvenient too,
i still dun like the arrangement.

i know thr's alot of reason behind everything but isnt it like taking up too much time for the school to find one decent instructor?!?
i seriously feel that the committee this year is uper unlucky because all the responsibilities are throw to them and they are like to clean up the mess left behind.
